I took several pictures of my daughter, which is easy because I always take TONS of pictures of her. But this past weekend we went fishing and we lucked out by getting glimpses of nice weather! And then she went for her first ride on a canoe (with her dad because I am deathly afraid of the water).
This one is Emma centered, after catching her first fish of the season!
And this picture was taken while she was casting. I thought it was a nice shot, one thing I like is that it is not a front on picture, most of the time I only take head shots but I like that this one is focused on what she is doing and her surroundings. It is also offset to the right, which I like the way it turned out.

I have to remind myself sometimes that memories are all not of the face close up.. I think it is great that you took the last shot, and that you like it.. this is what you were watching when it happened.. GREAT!
